I was praying to God and reading the bible, after which i went to flip through my diary. By random chance, i flipped to this page that i wrote down.
"No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it." Heb 12:11
